Classes are adaptable to everybody.
Dedicating time to your own wellbeing, is the greatest gift you can give both to yourself and those around you. It takes time and commitment, but the benefits will see you living a more balanced and connected life on and off the mat. All classes provide an opportunity to develop a deeper awareness of mind and body, as we move in harmony with our breath.
What makes my classes special, is my uniquely tailored approach. Each class is designed with you the students in mind to ensure that classes are adaptable to everybody.
Classes are inclusive and welcoming to all.
Every body is different, from one body to the next, and from one day to another. My classes offer variations, support or progressions to guide every body. I like to explain movement in a way that everyone can understand, to empower my students. My goal is to help students develop a deeper awareness of their own body and to develop a more personalised practice to tune into and support their own needs.
